Brian, Would you choose one ancillary comment to discard the heart of the question on the table? Who are these sons in these last days then? I used the meaning of the name as a mere point of interest. Granted, you are right - of itself it is meaningless. Here is the question I raised.

If you do not agree, then I respectfully put this for conjecture. Who do you believe today is accurately described in the promises to Ephraim and Manasseh?
