Pete, what is interesting to me is not so much the idea that the power elite of the world might worship the devil, but the idea that a preacher of righteousness might hear the same offer from Satan, and for the sake of expediency, for the sake of "building the Kingdom", for the sake of "gaining influence" might make the same kinds of compromises with Satan in order to have a greater sway over the people of the world.

To what extent has THAT been happening?
