Why are so many confused about such a simple teaching in the Bible? Well some are genuine seekers that are not swayed by the many that confuse the gift by their false teaching. Others take what is a supernatural experience that follows every Baptism in the Holy Spirit and make it a natural gift of man. And one more thing: why the people can not understand clearly what is baptising in Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues?

I think the answer is easy: because the people does not have any sense for the POSITIVE supernatural things, only for the NEGATIVE supernatural things. So, i mean: their soul not connected with GOD's Spirit, but their spirit connected with demonic darkness or power.
