V1. Hark! The voice of Jesus crying

“Who will go and work today?

Fields are white and harvest waiting

Who will bear the sheaves away?”

Loud and strong the Master calleth

Rich reward He offers thee

Who will answer, gladly saying,

“Hear am I: Send me, Send me?”

V2. If you cannot speak like angels

If you cannot preach like Paul

You can tell the Love of Jesus

You can say He died for all

If you cannot rouse the wicked

With the judgement’s dread alarms,

You can lead the little children

To the Saviour’s waiting arms.

V3. If among older people,

You may not be apt to teach

“Feed my lambs”, said Christ our shepherd

“Place the food within their reach”

And it may be that the children

You have led with trembling hand

Will be found among your jewels

When you reach the better land.

V4. Let none hear you idly saying

“There is nothing I can do

While the souls of men dying

And the Master calls for you

Take the task He gives you gladly

Let His work your pleasure be

Answer quickly when He calleth

“Here am I; Send me, Send me!!”

Am not writing this for the plaudits of men but i want you to reflect on this.

How many dying souls have you led to Christ with trembling hands

we all heard of the man who predicted when Jesus will be coming but the question i ask you

did it occur to you, if Jesus was truly coming what have you done to His calling, His calling on soldiers of the cross

how many times (compelled by love) have bowed down in prayer in passionate sorrow for the lost souls around you? how are many have you reached with the gospel? Salvation was not for us only but for the world also. Remember John 3:16

Am not talking about the great things you have done for your church or the programmes you have organized

Am talking about those you have reached the gospel to them personally.

WILL THE MASTER FIND YOU WATCHING AND PRAYING OR FIND YOU SLEEPING.

AWAKE BELIEVER FOR THE MASTER CALLETH!!!!!!!!
