HELL
"At that moment, the Lord told me that there were many famous people in that place and also many people who had known about the Lord, and He said, “I am going to show you another part of the furnace.' He took me to a place where I could observe a woman who was surrounded by flames, very much tormented and she would scream begging the Lord for mercy. He signaled to her with his hand and told me, 'Daughter, that woman that you see over there, surrounded by flames, is Selena.' The Lord told me that Selena was there and we started getting closer to her. She was screaming, 'Lord, have mercy on me, forgive me Lord, take me out of this place!' She was repenting at that moment and the Lord looked at her and He told her, 'It's late, it's too late. You cannot repent now.' She acknowledged me and turning to me , she said, ' Please, I ask you to go tell humanity about this, please speak out and do not be silent; go and tell them not to come to this place; go and tell them not to listen to my songs nor sing my songs!' I asked her, 'Why do you tell me this; why do you want me to go and say this?' And she answered, 'Because every time that they sing and listen to my songs, I am tormented even more and when I am tormented, the person who does this, who sings and listens to these songs that I used to sing when I was alive, is walking to this place. Please, go tell them not to come here; go tell them that hell is real!' She would scream and demons would hurl spears from afar into her body and she would cry, 'Help me, Lord, have mercy on me, Lord!' And the Lord told her, 'It is too late.' I looked far away in that place full of singers and artists who have died and all they did was sing and sing- they wouldn't stop singing. The Lord explained, 'Daughter, the person who is here, must continue doing here, whatever she did on Earth, if she has not repented.'
Suddenly, I looked far away and I saw a great number of demons which were spilling a type of rain. I asked the Lord, 'What is that which I am seeing?' I thought it was truly raining, but I was watching people in flames running away from the rain and shouting, 'No, help me, Lord!' They could see the Lord from afar and would scream, 'This can't be, no!' The demons were laughing and I asked again, 'What's happening?' As I was watching, their flames would increase and their worms would multiply! There was no water there, it was brimstone which would multiply the flames and increase each person's anguish, and the demons would laugh and tell them, 'Praise and worship because this is your kingdom forever and ever!' I asked the Lord, 'Lord, what is this?' The Lord replied, 'This is the wages of anyone who has not repented.'
The Lord took me to place where there was a very well known man. Before, I used to live the life of a double minded young Christian girl and as such I thought that any person that died would go to live in heaven; that those who celebrated mass would also go to heaven, but I was wrong. When Pope John Paul II died, my friends and my cousins would tell me that he had gone to heaven. All the news on TV, on Extra and many other places would say, 'Pope John Paul II has died, may he rest in peace. He is now rejoicing with the Lord and his angels in heaven' and I believed all of it, but I was only fooling myself with what people were saying. When I suddenly saw this man who was being tormented by those flames and I looked at his face, it was John Paul II! The Lord said to me, 'Look, Daughter, that man that you see there, is Pope John Paul II. He is here in this place; he is being tormented because he did not repent. And I asked, 'Lord, why is he here? He used to preach at church.' He replied, 'Daughter, no fornicator, no idolater, no one who is greedy and no liar will inherit my Kingdom.' To which I commented, 'Yes, I know that is true, but I want to know why he is here, because he used to preach to multitudes of people!' And He responded, 'Yes, Daughter, he may have said many things, but he would never speak the truth as it is. He never said the truth and they know the truth and although he knew the truth, he preferred money over preaching about salvation. He would not offer reality; would not say that hell is real and that heaven also exists; Daughter, now he is here in this place.' When I looked at this man, he had a very large, scaly serpent with needles wrapped around his throat and he would try to take it off, so I said to the Lord, 'Lord, help him!' He would also say, 'Help me, Lord; have mercy on me; take me out of this place; forgive me! I repent, Lord; I want to return to Earth, I want to go back to Earth to repent.' The Lord observed him and said to him, 'You very well knew; you knew very well that this place was real,' and then the Lord said: 'It's too late; there is no other opportunity for you.' Then the Lord said to me, 'Look, Daughter, I am going to show you the life of this man.' And He began showing me a huge screen on which I could observe how this man offered mass many times to the multitudes and how the people who were there were so idolatrous. The Lord said to me, 'Look, Daughter, there are many idolaters in this place. Idolatry will not save, Daughter. I am the only One who saves and outside of me no one saves. I love the sinner but I hate sin, Daughter. Go and tell humanity that I love them and that they need to come to me.' As the Lord was speaking to me these words, I began to see how he received multitudes of coins, bills- and it was all money, all of which he would keep, so he had much money. I saw him seated on a throne and I was able to see beyond that and while it's true that they will not marry , I can assure you – I did not invent this, the Lord showed it to me- those people will cohabit with nuns there; with many women there! The Lord showed me these people living in fornication and the Word says that no fornicator will inherit His Kingdom. As I was watching all of this, the Lord told me, 'Look Daughter, all of this which I am showing you is what goes on, what he lived and what keeps on happening among many people, among many priests and popes existing.' Then he told me, 'Daughter, go and tell humanity that it's time to turn to me.'
He took me to another place where He began to tell me about many people that were walking to this place, to hell. I asked Him, 'Lord, how is it that they walk to this place?' He replied, 'I will show you.' He started to show me a tunnel. Many people were walking through it, chained from their hands to their feet. They were carrying a load on their back and they were dressed in black and He said to me, 'Look Daughter, those people that you see there, those people don't know me yet. That which they carry on their backs is sin, but go and tell them to turn their burden over to me and I will give them rest; that I am He who forgives all their sins.' He added,' Daughter, go and tell those people to come to me for I await them with open arms and go tell them that they are walking to this place.' As I was watching the many people walking , I told the Lord, ' Lord, that person over there is my cousin; that young man is my cousin, Lord, and that young girl coming down is also my cousin; my family is coming to this place!' He replied, 'Daughter, they are walking to this place, but go and them where they are walking, go and tell them they are walking to hell. Go and tell them that I have chosen you as my watchman.' I asked Him, 'Lord, what is that?' He answered, “I have chosen you as my watchman, for it means that you are to tell the truth. You must go and tell all that I have shown you. If you do not speak out and something happens to that person, his blood will be poured over you, but if you go and do as I have told you, then that person has an account with me. If the person does not repent, then the responsibility resting upon you will be lifted, for the account will rest upon that person and his blood will not be poured over you.'
He then told me that many famous people were walking to that place, famous and important people. Take for example, Michael Jackson. This man was a famous man, a man known the world over but this man was a Satanist, although many may not see it that way, but it is the truth. This man had satanic covenants: He would come to agreements with the devil in order to achieve fame and attract many fans. Those steps that he performed, let me tell you, that's the way demons walk while tormenting people in hell. There's one step that the demons dance, sliding back and not moving forward. That's how they dance in hell while they shout; enjoying the anguish they impose upon those people. Let me tell you that Michael Jackson is in hell. Why? Because the Lord let me see him. This was not during the time that I remained dead. The Lord showed this to me after he died. He let me see Michael Jackson tormented in flames and I cried. Why? I cried because it's not easy to see how this man was being tormented and how he would scream. And anyone who listens to Michael Jackson's songs, who sings Michael Jackson's songs and who is a fan of Michael Jackson, let me tell you that Satan is trapping you in his web so that you will end up in hell. Right now, renounce to that in the name of Jesus! He wants to set you free so that you are not lost.
Then the Lord told me, 'Daughter, there are also people who know me and are walking to this place.' I asked, 'Lord, how can people who know you come to this place?' He replied, 'That person who has become estranged from my ways and that person who is living a double life.' And I said, 'Lord, how is this?' And He started showing me people who were walking to this place. They were tied from their hands to their feet and they each wore a garment, but their garment was different; it was not black, it was white, but it was torn, stained and wrinkled. And the Lord told me, 'Daughter, see how my people has walked away from me, but Daughter, I want to tell you that I am not coming for this people. I am coming for a holy people, ready, without blemish and without wrinkle and without defilement.' And He added, 'Go and tell them to return to the old paths.' Than I started to see many of my uncles and many people who had walked away from the Lord's ways. And the Lord said to me, 'Go and tell them that I am waiting for them, to surrender their loads to me and I will give them rest.' He was weeping as he said, 'Daughter, they are coming this way. Go and tell your uncles; go and tell your relatives that they are coming this way! Daughter, many will not believe you, but I am your faithful witness, I am your faithful witness. I will never leave you and even if they do not believe you, Daughter, go and tell them the truth, for I am with you. I will also show you, Daughter, how people arrive at this place.' And He took me to a tunnel where there were thousands of people falling into the abyss. They weren't a thousand or two thousand; they were as many as the sand at the sea, countless- they were falling by the second! They were falling like fistfuls of sand thrown down. The souls were falling rapidly and the Lord was weeping sadly when He told me, 'Daughter, this is how humanity perishes; this is how it is lost! And He would weep and say, 'Daughter, it hurts me to see how humanity perishes.'

Why would people believe on these visions if these afterlife visions are said by a Christian? These Visions are clearly what a christian would have known/heard in her christian life. These things would be more legit if someone that does not know/believe christ in his/her would say something like this (for example an atheist).

when we are talking about genuine visions given by God, we must realize that it is God's call, His perogative who gets to have a vision. When we look at the Scriptural record we see numerous examples of visions and dreams and most of them are given to believers in Yahweh old or new teatament,
However, on the web site Gedeon Champiion or, Testimonies of Heaven and Hell, you will get to see that some of these experiences are actually by unbelievers, who no longer remain unbeleiving when they are granted an 'extension' of time on this earth. They are usually radically changed - which is what should have happened to all of us anyway.when we met Jesus.
Of course every thing must be tested, but if genuinely from God, then God will use it when and how He wants to for His glory.
Many Muslims are having all kinds of supernatural experiences from Yahweh the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and are turning to Jesus Christ. Watch Kahlil's testimony (re-enacted). Rejoice that God is speaking in various ways these last days as the hours run out. The Kingdom of Heaven is near.

If you would be logical, then you would also ask, why would anyone come onto a Christian message board and ask why anyone would believe a Christian? that question has embedded in it that Christians are liars, and may reasonably be hurtful to Christians, like myself who may read it. However, I do not choose to be offended by that, because I know what you are saying, and I believe you are sincere!
You do pose a good observation in stating a vision had by a non-Christian would be more legit. But, with all that 'legitimacy' are you saying you would believe the visions of a non-Christian? Or, are you set against Christianity because you intend to hold Jesus Christ liable for the failures of His people, and those wicked ones who hide behind a Christian mask, rather than hold Christians liable for their failure to live up to the standards of Jesus Christ? There are millions of God believing Christians who love mankind and sacrifice their lives daily in service to others... let them be our inspiration!
Numerous non-Christians have visions of Christ. There are many reported in the Muslim world of a man in white, holding a book. The recipients of these visions are simultaneously 'downloaded' with the understanding that it is Jesus and He is asking them to read the Bible and come to Himself. And you are right, that does have more credibility, because they forsake the faith of their families and at risk of their lives will follow this vision for the rest of their lives, or until they are martyred.
You are right. It is easier to believe a witness where one dies for proclaiming such a vision, rather than to believe a witness where the person sells books and makes money off of it.

It's obviously a made up story...influenced by the one whom she called the angel of the Lord. Angel...really?! It's too patterned after the teachings and criticisms of her church....Don't know why people would believe in these.....

I feel that this story has nothing to do with my belief in Jesus, nor with my salvation. I have never seen this girl nor have I been in a nde. But it seems to be a thing to draw those whose ears are itching to hear something new instead of fully relying on God & his word. He is fully revealed in the scriptures. So her testimony has no bearing on my own. Also. The dead part has no proof from a credible source. Yet I will pray for her & her Family. I don't feel compelled to Love jesus out of fear, I love Jesus, Because without him I'm as good as Hell bound and with him I am heaven bound With my fathers House to dwell in and sing his praises forever Amen. Fear or fears
Well dear ones, there is fear, and there is Fear.
Perfect love (God's love) John says in his letter cast out all fear. We are also told that fear has torment or punishment.
We are not to fear man, circumstances, events, trouble, doubts, sickness, death, sin, the devil, etc. These things have their root in the fear of death, which came upon all humanity at the Fall of Adam and Eve.
These fears, have as their head - the fear of death (Heb. 2:14, 15), from which Jesus came to set us free. Amen.
But there is another kind of fear which is called the fear of the Lord. Now there is much teaching about this fear in Scripture and it would be most beneficial for believers to study it. And not forget it.
This fear of the Lord is not that what Paul speaks about in his letter to Timothy (2 Tim. 2:7). He is speaking about timidity or cowardness.
A big factor for the reason for the sad state of the Church of Jesus today is that this fear of the Lord is missing. In Acts we read that the fear of the Lord was mightily upon the saints.
Psalm 19:9 says that the 'fear of the Lord is clean'. That means it is perfectly acceptable before God and right for His people to have it abiding in them. And that it endures forever.
A careful reading of the Book of Revelation will show that it is announced in Heaven as being totally appropriate for His saints.
Look at Isaiah 11:2. Here speaking of Jesus in His earthly ministry, He was to have as one of the 7 faceted Spirit of God - the fear of the Lord. If it was necessary for Jesus on earth, and it was, it most certainly is for us too.
Now, with respect to testimonies or visions of Hell, these are useful in God's hands to actually bring about the fear of the Lord in His people, and also upon the ones who do not know Jesus.
Hell is forever, and it is far better to get 'shocked' spiritually, now, and turn fully to Jesus, and stop playing around (I am not saying any one using this site is, that is a matter for God and each one to judge), rather than to end up being cast into Hell forever. Jesus did not mince words. He did not try to make His disciples comfortable and insulate them from reality.
God is love. And He - in Jesus had the spirit of the fear of the Lord upon Him. So we must too.

Proverbs 9:10 - The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Less focus on fear and have more focus on Truth. Jesus said I AM the TRUTH,
For secular example : It is true that if we jump out of a plane without a parashute we will surely die a terrible death. It is not necessary to prove the reality of gravity based on whether or not it creates a fear in us. Rather reality is a reality or Truth is True in this example gravity is a natural law regardless of our aversion to it or not. Truth will always have a prodcing emotion in this case FEAR (emotion attched to it)
Wether fear or joy is produced once the knowledge is gained about a fact, is not the point. The point is for us to help our non beliving sisters and brothers understand the Truth. As we are not born understanding that it is AIR which allows us to breathe and sustains our life, we had to be taught that there is this invinsible life giving substance that maintains our life.
Visions such as these, and from children Colton Burto, Heaven is for Real ( 4years old), Mary Braxtar 50 years old and 4 year old Victoria Nasworthy “6 Big, Big Big Angels”, are all allarmingly similiar and too, ring in tune with our Holy Spirit that dwells within.
We know these are true.
We cannot limit the Lord to our own understanding and we must encourage and spread these testimonies to the four corners of the earth, lest the blood of many be on our hands.
The Lord said he will pour out His spirit upon the very young and the old and they will dream dreams and have visions. His Word is coming to pass.
Pray my darlings that we may join together in worship to sing the Glory of God back to His Church.
He wants us united as ONE Church in HIm. The great I AM, the Saviour Jesus Christ, and abounding with the Holy Spirit. God Bless you all - spread the word and let not the spirit of Fear deter your testimonites nor your accepting of Truth. Have a response for those who debate based on this concept and state as matter of fact that any True Christian knows hell is a reality, get over it, march on soldiers, we are called to be fierce, full of Love compassion and Wisdom.
the great Solomon states in Proverbs, "the begining of Wisdom, is Fear of the Lord." Reverence, respect, honour.
But it is not our "fear" that we serve Him, it is that we "delight is His Ways" For His ways are the Truth and the most noble, and full of Wisdom, the more we know and have truth, the more we want to serve. It is our great pleasure, we have not fear, for we have fellowship with Him Jesus, for it is written that we shall be like friends, not servants and we are the children of God, not orphaned but have a birth rite.

Jesus delighted to do His Father's will. If any one ever delighted to do the will of God it was Jesus. He was so happy to do it; so willing to do it. It was the only thing He was going to do and do with all His heart, soul, mind and strength. And Jesus did not fail to so do daily. He is our example.
Once again I draw our attention to Isaiah 11:2 where we are plainly told that Jesus had the Spirit of the fear of the Lord rest on Him, and was abiding in Him.
We cannot dissect the love or the truth of God from the fear of the Lord - God. We cannot chose one and not the other.
We cannot say, I don't understand that or I don't like that so I am not going to have that, it doesn't sound good or nice to me, or I don't agree with that.
The bottom line is if Jesus had as Man, then we who are children of men, though we are born from above, must also need it. He had the fear of the Lord mightily upon Him. Are we followers of Him?
The Spirit of truth is the same Spirit of grace and is the same Spirit of the fear of the Lord that was on and in Jesus completely.
If we acknowledge that Jesus was filled with wisdom and understanding and might - all from His Father, then we must also acknowledge that He was also filled with the Spirit of the fear of the Lord. Jesus had no conflict with this. He rested in it.
One of the problems for our generation is that for many decades many preachers and teachers/pastors have taught God's people some things about God and not the whole counsel of God.
They have given a lopsided view of God - of Jesus, a 'comfortable' and 'pleasant' view of God. God has not changed. But men have changed the 'view' of God.
Yes God is love. But that love is worked out in discipline (Heb. 12). That love was worked out in Jesus who took the full l force of God's wrath against sin and sinners upon Himself. The Father loved His Son in this regard, and the Son loved His Father for it in this regard.
Notice what the Holy Spirit says about Jesus our example, "who in the days of His flesh was offering both petitions and entreaties to Him being able to save Him from death, with strong crying and tears, and being heard from His godly fear, though being a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered." (Heb. 5:7-8 - eulabeia; means - caution. reverence, dread)
When He says Jesus 'learned obedience', it does not mean that He sinned in order to learn obedience. No. He listened to the Father and in doing so He learned the value, joy, beauty, and privilege of childlike obedience while in His body of mortal flesh. He is our example.
The world reverences, respects and honours its idols/gods/demons, traditions, religions, philosophies, ideas, inventions, sports, arts etc. And wholeheartedly serves them. This we used to do.
But God now has turned the tables for us and instead of reverencing, respecting. honouring those things and our own carnality, we now respect, reverence, honour Jesus Christ and all that pertains to Him.
We are to fear God says Peter. (1 Pe. 2:17). The word here is phobeo from which we get our phobia. It means fear of, or, an aversion to something or someone.
Jesus in having the fear of the Lord upon Him - in Him did not have an aversion to His Father, but a longing for Him and all that pertained to Him. And in this He had an aversion to all that was contrary to His Father. His Father is love, light, life, good, pure, holy, righteous, faithful, and so on.
It made Him as to His humanity enjoy, have pleasure, delight in everything about His Father and that pertained to His Father, and to be otherwise minded about everything opposite. (Same word is also in Rev. 11:18; 14:7) He is our example.
Sinners do not fear God (Pro.1:29). If they did they would run to Him. Instead they have an affinity to all that is contrary to God yet have an aversion to - keep away from Him.
The fear of the Lord causes the sinner arrested by Jesus to depart from evil, and the righteous to keep away from it (Pro. 3:7; 16:6, 17).
Jesus was so filled with this holy, clean, enduring fear to the max that He departed from evil at every temptation. He did this for our sakes to show us how we too can overcome temptation.
To fear the Lord is to hate evil - to depart from evil.
To fear the Lord is to love God and love our fellow man. To fear the Lord is to live free before Him with joy and gladness though we may be troubled or surrounded by all kinds of contrary things, though we be harrassed by doubts and other fears contrary to the fear of the Lord - YHWH.
Indeed His ways are the Truth and the most noble, and full of wisdom...It is our great pleasure, we have not fear of things or what man can do to us...we shall be like friends (if we do as Jesus commands - Jn. 15:14). And how do we keep His commands? No differently to Jesus keeping His Father's commands which He did by the Spirit of God - even by the Spirit of the fear of the Lord - which is one side (if we may say this) of the seven fold or sided Holy Spirit of God.
If we study Jesus' life - our example - we should be able to see how glorious a life He lived, though He was acquainted with grief and was a Man of sorrows. Praise Him! He is the Prince of Peace. Amen

I don't know if it was a NDE or not
I believe that no matter if it was a NDE or just a dream, or If it was made up. How this is used has no bearing on my belief in God. It may with some but it is not going to matter to those who have heard the voice of God and answered him there are still those who hear and don't answer and then there are those who hear and convince themselves that they didn't hear anything, but we all know that as believers Faith comes by Hearing and Hearing, by the Word of God. So it would not make a difference to those who are claiming to be christians counterfietly. And as for those who are Christians maybe it was just a wake-up call to them. Also to the person, (noonecanseeme), atheists are very odd people. They work so hard to make others not believe in God, but when you see others who are athiest like Madeline Murhy O'hare and her son and grand daughter, the were murdered, but not by christians, not by believers but by one of their own. Why is that? Christians were under suspision for their dissapearence and nobody even cared enough to look for them. That to me says that they led sad lives. I would hope to let my life be Gods than to have never had anyone who cared that I was gone. But if you are finding fulfilment in making fun of us, its fine with me for it just shows me that it is a sign of the times and the Lord is coming soon for us. So go right on. This sort of story "adds" to the Word of God. Remember He stated not to do this. The girl is likely being deceived through her dream. Benny Hinn swore he could heal. The only thing he ever healed was his sore bank account. It miraculously grew big. lol.
ANYTHING THAT ADDS OR TAKES AWAY FROM GODS WORD IS A LIE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS.
This story serves no purpose except to be decieved. The world is ruled by Satan. There is absolutely only one place to find God and that is through his written Word. It has been declared and is complete.

Hi Jim, don't forget the Fear of the Lord in the work that God does in and upon the sinner.. The Fear of the Lord brings us to God sometimes gently sometimes forcefully by comparison but not like fear of death etc. The fear of the Lord is clean; it has to be a work of the Holy Spirit. The fear of the Lord is to depart from evil. If the fear of the Lord is present and working upon the sinner's conscience, then that is good. that is exactly what is needed. If their is no fear of the Lord then is the Holy Spirit at work at all. Fear of the judgement to come should drive everybody to Jesus who took what was our due reward. God knows what is best to cause any and every soul to run to Jesus and stay with Him. Whatever ti takes Lord. Whatever it takes. To God be the glory.

Dear friend, everybody is crazy as you put it, about something or other. Is what you crazy about going to be your support and comfort and strength and salvation when it really counts? Will the thing you are crazy about provide you with a peace and joy you can't describe and is still present after you have tired of that thing? Does your crazy thing remove all guilt from your conscience and soul or perhaps you think you don't have one and you are not guilty? Every body trusts in something when all else fails. Make sure your crazy thing doesn't let you down - if you can.
Why don't you just once, honestly cry out to God and ask Him to show Himself to you and tell Him you are not even sure He exists if you like? He either does or does not exist. Honest questions will usually get honest answers from those who are honest if they are real. And if God doesn't show up, then you can know you can go on your merry way and get crazy about whatever it is you wish to be crazy about. You have nothing to lose and nobody but you need hear you cry out to what you can't see. Perhaps we will hear from you again. Take care.

In Hell Really???
How can anyone be in hell when resurrection and judgement have not taken place. Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead LIVED NOT again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first RESURRECTION.... As you see you would have to be alive to be in hell. The dead are dead. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it... So when you die your body returns to dust and your spirit goes back to God.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the DEAD WERE JUDGED out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.... Before your sentenced you must first be judged. The judgement has not taken place.
We must be careful not to misinterpret scripture especially the parable about the rich man.

Patty, do you remember what Paul said - absent from the body, present with the Lord (2 Cor. 5:
. Here he is speaking only of the saints who have died physically, who go to be with their Lord. The physical body bites the dust and rests there until the day of Resurrection , while the saint - the soul/spirit go to be with the Lord. On Resurrection day both body and soul/spirit will be reunited and so shall we ever be with the Lord - complete - nothing missing as to our new being ( 1 Thess. 4; also John 6 and 1 Cor. 15). No doubt you would be aware of these passages.
The question to ask is; if ALL the spirits/souls of every single person who have ever died go back to God and remain there in God's holy presence - both the wicked and the righteous, then we have a problem - how could that be? If the wicked take a different path and thus a different journey to the righteous, then each will arrive at different destinations, won't they? Or do all roads lead to Heaven? The Scripture teaches that God cannot look on sin. If the spirits of sinners go back to God to stay then both the righteous and the sinner will be essentially in the same beautiful place even if only till the day of Judgement. The Scriptures show no reason to think this to be the case.
But of course we have the passage from Ecclesiastes 12: 7 which you rightly point out. Might it not be that the unrepentant sinner's spirit does "go back to God" but not to enter into His glory, rather to be sent from His glorious presence to a place which is not the final place for the wicked, yet is not the place where the righteous ones are in the presence of the Lord. The final abode for the wicked is the Lake of Fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, and they know it. Death (the state of death, its potency and effect, along with hell (hades which is the place of departed human spirits and since teh coming of Christ, can only be for the ungodly ones) will be also thrown into that Fire (Rev. 20:14). It is also the place where all whose names do not remain in the Book of Life will be cast (Rev. 20:15) .
Consider this, every thing in your house has its proper place just as you desire and purpose. If folk visit you, do you let them remove the things labelled poison and put them in the fridge or pantry area? Do you allow them to take your clean linen and place it in the chook shed (if you had one or some other irregular place? Would you yourself put the toilet brush and place it in the same drawer where the knives, forks and spoons go? I don't think so. You are much wiser than that.
Now if we who own temporal things and designate prescribed places for things that are in our power, and have the freedom to do so, yet are far less powerful, orderly and glorious than our Creator God, then why should we think it strange that God has at the point of death a perfectly suitable place for the spirits of unrepentant sinners who are unholy, and a different place perfectly suitable for the righteous, those who have been made holy and declared holy by the Most Holy God because of Jesus?
Why should God allow those who wanted and loved spiritual darkness while they lived on earth, to enter into His glorious eternal light? And why should He allow those who spurned His love - Himself for God is love and which love is in Jesus and fills Heaven, to look upon that love and enjoy it even partially for a moment? And that Life which Jesus is and which they rejected, because they wanted the 'good life' which is only fleeting to enjoy and gaze upon to some small and temporary degree of satisfaction, should God allow that?
No. It just doesn't make sense. Hell, is not the final place of Judgment for those who reject Jesus. What we sow, we will reap. We sow while we are alive, and the reaping BEGINS immediately at the point of death. Yes, the mortal body is dead. But the spirit and soul are not. Hell is not the Lake of Fire Patty.

NC, I know you're trying to make an analogy of current existence and eternity, but I don't get it. I've looked everywhere, searched scripture inside and out, front to Back and find nothing that fits your analogy. I don't mean to be rude, but is this something you just 'made up'? I would really appreciate it if you could bring this down to a level I can understand. If there is to be redemption then the acts we make towards that redemption must have meaning and not just wasted effort. Someone can promise God that they will do good, but if there's no evidence of it then it's merely a farce....or cover for misdeeds and hoping to sell God a little snake oil. God don't like that...and as they say...The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions.
Plus it seems to me the bible says those that 'call on' the name of the Lord will be saved. Some people want to avoid hell, but as scripture says....without 'calling' on his name, there is no salvation. It's so easy because the Lord beckons us to call on him everyday...but even then some refuse and the are never forgiven because their repentence is incomplete and commitment falls short of what is required.

Why would we need to see people in hell to know it's real? The bible says so much about it and it's not merely an example to frighten us. It is real. The thing about hell is the unsaved go there and the saved don't. I've never understood how someone could sin and do wrong and still go to heaven, but finally I learned the difference in the spirit and the flesh. The spirit goes to heaven and the flesh is evil wicked.
Never forget the promises of God
When God makes promises they are for keeps and he promises victory to his children no matter the circumstances of their lives. This is the reason we can be secure in our salvation and as Paul says, we work torward that day to be reunited with Christ.

I read your comment about this article and wanted to reply. While you are correct about the scriptures that you give as a reference point, what immediately came to my mind was the Book of Daniel, Chapter 12:13 “But you, go your way till the end; for you shall rest, and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days.”
Verse 13 confirms what you said above.....However, Daniel 10:14 "Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.” (King James Version) This scripture clearly indicates that the vision Daniel had (although very real) was "for a time yet to come"
In addition, the entire book of Revelation is based on visions that John had concerning "a time yet to come". It was very real to him.
While I consider myself to be an intelligent person, I have also been very blessed by the Lord to experience what many people call "Open Visions" I can attest that they are very "present and in the now" to the person that God is revealing them to.
This experience that this young woman and many others like her had, have been Life Changing for them. It has altered the course of her life in a manner to where the whole point of her existence on earth is to bring salvation to others...to warn, as a Watchman on the Wall....This type of life altering to where only good comes from it is not of the Enemy.
If the Lord can make a bush burn without being consumed, and Part the Sea, and Raise the Dead, then He is more than able to give an "Open Vision" to a young girl of "a time yet to come" While I agree with you that we must be very careful not to misinterpret scripture, we must also be careful not to place God in a box.

Reality is no illusion
The reality of fire does not become real once the finger is in it so is the reality of hell and heaven.
This vision was forwarded to me by a pastor, after I had preached in a church she's shepherding in one of Kenya's county. I admit that it leaves me lost for words.
In deed, it's a follow-up to somethings God has been recently putting to me.
Looking at the church, looking at myself, I've been hearing God tell me to get back to the first love. Revelation records that it was given for the bride to seek her own gown for the marriage supper. I get worried to learn that some may not make it to the wedding, in fact many, due to incompleteness.
I resolve to know nothing else, apart from Christ and Him crucified. I hunger for nothing else except the Sufficient Grace, grace that changes, teaches and re-freshens

Isn't the weight of her testimony based all on her honesty? A testimony is not friends or people retelling a story. When we are told to testify, it's OUR telling that connects experience with power. Anything else is not the testimony but a second hand account. A "collective" of perspectives if you will.

I have read many of the comments posted and there seems to be quite a lot who's ready to judge, Angelica, some who are ready to defend their religion, ready to defend their super stars and so on. But reading this young lady's testimony there is a lot said for each of us to consider. Her message does'nt go away from the message of the Bible. I remember that in the Gospel the desciples reported to Jesus how they met others who did'nt follow Him, casting out devils in His name, and they(the desciples) were upset and Jesus told them that they who are not against us are on our part (Mark 9 : 38 - 40), so that there was no reason to take offence.
I am saying this testimony does not go against the Bible and so let us take a look at how we are doing, in therms of doing Gods will, in preaching the Gospel and telling our world of God's righteousnes and His judgement to come. So many are dying and going to a lost eternity and the Church is arguing about who is right, who is wrong, who is trying to put fear into people. Well let me say this Jesus said about hell that the worms will not die in that place and there shall be whaling and gnashing of teeth and the fire will not be quenched.
A few years ago a young man, here in my country, told me of a simular expeirence that he had. He was in the hospital for several months, his parents and family gave up on him and left him there to die, they stopped visiting and just forgot about him. He prayed and asked the Lord to spear his life and one day while lying on his bed in the hospital, he said a man appeared to him and told him to follow him. This man, he said, led him to a dark tunnel where at the other end he could see a light and as they went in he could hear the voices of many people and as they got to the edge he saw great flames and an abyss of people screaming and saying to him, "Do'nt come here, go back!"
Today this young man is seving the Lord. The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

Jesus was speaking of His own Death and Resurrection, if people do not believe Jesus died and rose from the dead, the testimony of this girl will not convince them either.
Repentance should not based upon the fear of torments, but founded in the Goodness and Grace of God.

The only fruit of these types of "testimonies" that I can see,is fear.I read somewhere that anything a person fears,he will eventually hate.I also don't believe that repentance based on fear is lasting,or produces any type of heart change.That said,I have to admit that I enjoy hearing peoples accounts of Heaven. Even the near death experiences where the person experiences separation from God,and then comes back ,and seeks the Lord are uplifting.I just don't care for the stories of Hell's torments and reports of who was seen there.What do you think?

That's sad Jim, of course you don't care to hear about hell's torments! Who would? Its just human nature to want to debunk that even mere thought of it! But we have to face reality: Heaven AND Hell ARE BOTH real. You can't just believe in heaven my friend. Can you say that you believe with all your heart that all people will go to heaven? Even liars, murderers, rapists, those who curse God everyday, and deny Jesus? How can that be? Doesn't it make sense that we must atone for our actions in some way? Then why would any one be good? Isn't human nature flawed by design? Aren't be born with original sin? No one can be perfect! Only the Son of God was. All we have to do is accept that Jesus died for our sins, love HIM, and love each other! And of course reject sin and evil! There's nothing more to it! God LOVES all of us, every SINNER, but he hates SIN. Theres a big difference. He will forgive anyone of any sin, at any point in their life, even as they are dying, BUT ONLY IF THEY TRULY MEAN IT AS THEY ARE ASKING FOR FORGIVENESS! He is so loving & so merciful! He is even using these people to get a "glimpse" of heaven and hell and send them back in order for as many more people to be saved by their testimony! I mean, what is "wrong" in any way with any of this? Please let me know what it is that you find fault with? And don't forget one thing, the enemy/liar/deceiver/devil/satan is very powerful indeed and his ONLY purpose is to blind/deter/deceive any soul he can away from Jesus. And what can it hurt to truly believe in God and his son Jesus, and that he died for us, and to accept him, and be good to one another, and live godly lives, and look forward to being in this "indescribable" beauty of heaven? I don't get it, is it ego, pride, sake of argument, proof, evidence? Is it worth all the debate and then you actually do end up in absolute darkness and torment forever? I understand where you are coming from when mention fear being instilled in people through this message.
I want to ask you a couple of rhetorical questions:
1) The first is the subject label.
2) Do you believe that this message breds a fear Satan or a fear of the judgment of God?
3) Wouldn't you say that hell is already filled with people who wish they had feared what they had heard of hell and repented?
Jesus is a good, holy, and righteous God. He would not give a message that spreads an unrighteous fear, but a righteous fear. All over the Bible it tells us how good it is to fear the Lord, and thats what this message is showing. In Hebrews, it says that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of an angry God; and Jesus is sending this message so that EVEN WE will not get on his bad side by living in sin. We were not always saved and we still have the choice to turn back, for "only he who endures to the end shall be saved." I would admonish us to apply this, "Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. (1 Corinthians 10:12 KJV). Humility is key.

I personally don't believe repentance based on fear is a true repentance.
Repentance is brought about by remorse over a wrong committed, not the penalty which would be incurred for committing the wrong, that would produce true regret but to repentance.
Therefore as soon as the fear subsides, is forgotten, or is no longer a threat, the repentance ceases, and sin revives. The heart is never changed in these cases.
Jer 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
The only thing that becomes changed, is the mind. But then the mind can become changed again can't it?
True Repentance denotes a change that is irrevocable, such as our Repentance from sin which is brought about by our Salvation.
This Repentance is real because we have been changed, we have become new creatures in Christ.
2Co 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
For in my becoming a new creature I will not, indeed I cannot revert back to the old, the repentance, the change which has taken place, is Irrevocable. God has predestinated us to be conformed to the image of His son, the fruit we bear is the (SIGN) testimony of that change which is taking place in us.
As far as the people seen in Hell, she did mention she saw her Grandmother, her Uncle, and some Cousins, that isn't to impressive to me, but if I am told the Pope is there and I am a Hispanic living in a predominately Catholic Nation, then I might be more likely to listen to you. Then to come up with Michael Jackson, and Selenia, that seems like it would be more of an appeal to the young, seeing that she is only 18 herself.
There was no mention of Stalen, Hitler, or even Gandhi.
When a person supposedly goes to Hell, they have to come back with some kind of evidence they were really there.
So to say they saw famous people, sort of validates in the minds of people, that there must be some truth in what they are saying they saw, who they met.
The problem I have with what was said is, the people were recognizable as human beings in fleshly bodies.
I don't think whoever goes to hell will be there in the body they occupied here on Earth.
I may be wrong but I would swear she said she saw the souls of the dead falling into the Abyss, then she said she recognized them in their bodies.
The thing that I guess stands out to me the most would be. GOD in essence killed her, she is claiming that she died in order for her to be able to accomplish the task.

What about JOHN on the Isle of Patmos, his Revelation was a VISION.
DANIEL saw the same things in his VISION.
Why was it necessary for this girl to die, couldn't God have given her just as vivid a VISION of hell without her death? It isnt like she was killed in a car accident, then went to Hell, She was killed, her life was taken from her, in order for her to see the things she says she saw.
This does not fall into the category of Near Death Experience, 23 hrs Dead does not a Near Death Experience make.
She now needs to be tracked for a very long time, to see what her life turns out to be, she is claming a very special experience to have taken place, so God must have something for her to do in her life, that would be as exceptional.

Several of you have commented on this young lady's testimony as being a message of fear, or triggering fear, etc.
I would like to reply my thoughts on this......
Jude 1: 22, 23: And of some have compassion, making a difference, And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. (in this particular verse, the word "fear" does not have the same meaning as "reverence" as it does in other scriptures.....it means "fear"
While I do have my doubts about many of these NDEs (whenever there is truth, there is also always the counterfeit), I also do believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb 13:08). In the Book of Daniel, this servant of God had many Visions (and to him they were in "real time")....but we see in Daniel 10:14 "Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.” Also, in the Book of Revelation, John had many visions about "things to come".....
All of the Prophets of old had difficult messages from God....that is why so many of them suffered at the hands of Kings and leaders....they were hated because their messages were not "tickling the ears"...but were instead messages of fear and loss of power and destruction, and judgment.
Truth is not always easy to hear....and even more difficult to abide by. What I walked away with in this testimony from this young lady is that we MUST Walk in CONTINUAL REPENTENCE AND FOREGIVENESS ALWAYS. There is nothing unscriptural about that. Grace is important, and Mercy is important, and Love is Important above all.....But there are many out there that forget that a walk of Continual Repentence - which in reality is a Walk of Holiness, is just as important. It is that type of humble walk that will lead each of us to the Gates of Heaven.

Im a Christian, and I don't say this is real or not...If she's a believer and she follows Gods and she believes that God has changed her life then why are we questioning her? her testimony might be right and I believe that the Holy Spirit works in different ways in our lives. And people get confused about this because they don't understand what this is all about. If you are a believer and a follower of Jesus, believe or not...just carry on serving him, if you see this testimony and you think that this is not true, then don't give up...Continue and keep moving forward, God will prove everything to you when its your turn. So dont judge this little girl because if this is her calling from God - is to witness what is happening in heaven and hell then thats up to her. She decided to follow Jesus so that the Lord can change her life, and now look at her, she's happy and she believes in it.

Visions Are Not To Be The Basis For Faith
A near death or a clincal death is not a true death. A true death would mean that they actually died and came back & that would be a resurrection.. The problem with these types of testimonies is that if you are a Christian you see Jesus, if you are Buddhist you see the void, if a Hindu you see visions of their gods ...Visions are not to be a basis for faith. Futhermore there is no place in the Bible where those who were resurrected went about telling about what it was like to be dead. Paul was caught up to the 3rd heaven & did he mention anything about this experience? 2 Corinthians 12:1-4...Only John describes heaven in Revelation. Near Death is not death. Those who have these NDE usually deny death & judgement as the Bible shows it.

i am not quite sure if its necessary for us to analyse this testimony to tell whether its true or not.this girl posted it because she wanted to share it with fellow christians. i can see its only causing more confusion than good to us because we have already lost the discussion and we are now concentrating on whether what the girl said is true or not.I think this testimony was meant to potray a message that heaven and hell are real and now i dont know why fellow christians are agueing when all of us know that the reason we pray is we want to go to heaven by the end of the time and not to hell. I've leant not to ague about what other fellow christians say but pray for a Spirit of descenment so that i may have the light to follow whats good and shun the wrong.this is a time when people should learn to have an individual relationship with Jesus Christ and not rely on what people say.If you hear something thats controvesial ask God for the spirit of descenmennt and the Lord will surely reveal it to you.

Jesus Christ continues to love us that is why He searches the Good hearts and shows them what there is to in order to save the living (the ones still alive). Everything spoken is real. Due to the love Jesus Christ has for us he continually use people to expose the truth to us. what else do we want to hear? Why can't we have change of heart and worship the true God with all our hearts and ask God for his grace because without it we WILL just be like those already in there.
