Christian Salvation Teachings

Salvation is necessary because people and things here have become deeply corrupted.

If you were to die tonight, would God accept you in heaven? You would if you are truly IN CHRIST. Find out what salvation means. It means more than just being forgiven. God's salvation most importantly gives us cleansing and a new identity so we may escape eternal judgment and enjoy life in God's family.

Salvation also includes deliverance from curses, healing, the transformation of the mind and ultimately a new body in the resurrection. Call out to God. Turn back to God. Yield to God and let Him work in you.

The world and the people in it are broken, defective and corrupt because of the Fall of Man and the spread of sin to all mankind. Against this dark backdrop, God sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world to save, or rescue sinners (that's you and me).

Salvation is what Jesus did to reverse the effects of the Fall of Man. Everything included in the work of salvation is received through faith. This includes the forgiveness of sins, a new spiritual life, the transformation that comes by the renewing of our mind, divine healing, the resurrection from the dead, deliverance from demons (evil spirits), emotional healing and deliverance from all kinds of CURSES. There is a lot involved in what Jesus did. It was all achieved at the cross where He became our substitute. No other price short of the blood of the pure Son of God was sufficient to pay for all this. We can have these things if we believe. Some of them require patience and some will only be fulfilled in the Age to Come. Nevertheless, it is true to say that God is more willing for us to receive than we are to believe. And this limits the effects of salvation in our lives.

Call out to God. Turn back to God. Yield to God and let Him work in you.

How to Enter the Kingdom of Heaven

Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. ”

This verse should be of overriding importance to all of us.

Did God make you and I as Sinners?

Traditional Christian theology teaches that we are born as sinners. It teaches us that Adam’s original sin of disobedience to God is IMPUTED to us – that God considers US guilty of what Adam did, even before we do anything.

Are you Secure as a true follower of Jesus?

There are those that argue that once a person is truly in Christ they can never walk away from the Lord in such a way as to be finally lost. One Scripture that could support this idea is in John 10:27-29. But before you quickly assume that you are one of the people Jesus is referring to here, please check and see if you meet the qualifications. And if you do meet the qualifications, be sure that you are in a place where you keep on meeting them. God will give grace for that.

God sees Christians as having been perfected if they are being sanctified!

Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

This Scripture refers to a great mystery. It relates to what Jesus Christ of Nazareth achieved by dying on the cross. This is the “one offering” spoken of here.

The Scriptures give many “past tense” declarations concerning things which until now have not been manifested. We don’t see Christians behaving pefectly, walking with God perfectly. And yet, there is a sense in which we are acceptable to God as if we were perfect AS LONG AS WE ARE BEING SANCTIFIED.

Prayer for Personal Salvation

Please note: this prayer is NOT a magic formula. To be saved and reconciled to God you need to realize that you must give up your rebellion against God and His laws, and that you need to cast yourself totally into the hands of God, because you cannot save yourself, sufficiently change yourself or do something to pay for or atone for your past. All of us had to realize this.

O Father God in Heaven, I come to you because I need your forgiveness. I have done wrong. I confess to you all my sins .

Why You Are in Deep Trouble without Jesus Christ

Its not a popular message, but its important for you to know that you were born into a rebellious and corrupt race – the human race.

At one time we were not that way, but Adam our Father chose disobedience to God, and sadly that affected us as well. We were born into a world marred by sin. From the word go, demonic powers had access to us to trip us up.

Christians who practice Iniquity are on the Broad Way to Hell

Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12)

“And then I will confess to them, ‘I never knew you! Depart from Me, you who work iniquity!'” … Jesus – Matthew 7:22

You don’t have to be perfect to be saved. None of us are. Except for Christ, no man has ever lived perfectly on this earth. But amongst the imperfect, there are those who fear God and those who do not fear Him.

What has God promised us?

“For all the promises of God in Him are “Yes,” and in Him “Amen,” to the glory of God through us. ” (2 Corinthians 1:20)

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3)

“He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up on behalf of us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32)

I want to emphasise what these verses also say, that the promises of God are for those “in Him”, that is, “in Jesus Christ”.

A Salvation Message for Muslims

Here is a wonderful tract written by a Pakistani Christian who has spent over 42 years studying islam, researching, teaching and lecturing around the world.

All unholy prophets are false prophets

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
