You will reap what you sow – Galatians 6:7

People who believe that there is no cause and effect with God are simply fooling themselves. You cannot fool God. The way we think, the way we speak and the way we act – everything we do internally or externally, every choice we make, is a form of SOWING. Whatever seed we plant will certainly result in a harvest. We reap the same kind of thing that we sow, only in greater measure. As even the people of the world say, "What goes around, comes around". We may be able to harvest the results of our seed early or later.

Restore those who sin in a spirit of gentleness

As Christians, we are to be caring for one another. We are all in a battle with the world, the flesh and the devil. And there are times when Christians fall into deliverate sin. Trespasses are serious sins. Paul is talking to Christians here. He says, "Brethren, …". This should make it pretty clear that it is possible for Christians to sin seriously (most of us realise that, but there are extreme positions which claim sinlessness is normal for Christians).

Trashy pop culture is one of Satan’s ways of mocking the human race

One of my favourite writers on the Sydney Morning Heard website (which at times should probably be called the Sydney Porning Herald because of its fondness for publishing titillating articles to do with all things sexy) is Miranda Devine. This lady says a lot of sensible things and her recent article: Flash of Fame spreads Sluttiness, made some really salient points about the direction our culture is going.

For Lovers of Money and Power

I hope to put messages in this category to help those who love money and power and all the things you can do with these things, to consider a radically different approach to life based on trusting a Heavenly Father who provides all our needs, including the need for personal significance.

General Interest

Evangelistic messages that are relevant to a wide class of people.

God Never Gives Up

This is my testimony in which God became real in my life and I think anyone who knows me would understand how real He is by learning about what I have been through.

Does anybody know anything about something called “THE ALPHA COURSE” ?

If the Church Building is “the House” of God, why are Religious “Resources” sold there?

I normally just cringe when I hear Pentecostal church leaders talking about their building as “the House” or “this House” – meaning I suppose, the House of God. For one thing, it seems to be a very Old Covenant way of looking at things. The Old Covenant had its central tabernacle, and later its Temple, where people would come to offer sacrifices to God for their sins. That “house” was the place where God especially dwelled.

A Forgotten Key to being that “Excellent” or “Virtuous” Wife of Proverbs 31.

What sincere Christian married woman is there today who has read the Bible and not been concerned to see if she could somehow measure up to the standard of the “excellent wife” of Proverbs 31?

Many women, especially women in the western world have tried and said that it is impossible.

How can this woman be a successful property trader, merchant, housekeeper, trader, industrialist, wife and mother all at the same time?

Most mothers I know feel guilty because they can hardly keep the house tidy!

Ignatius – Bishop of Antioch – Alleged writer of many False Roman Catholic Doctrines

If you want to find the origins of some of the extra-biblical doctrines and practices of the Roman Catholic Church, you ought to check out the alleged writings of good ‘ole “Saint” Ignatius, Bishop of Antioch. Recent popes have emphasized the importance of the writings of St Ignatius. He is seen as a kind of bridge between the Apostles and the Roman Catholic church. The integrity therefore of this “bridge” ought to be carefully evaluated BEFORE you entrust your eternal soul to it.
